want being at VCC to be a highlight for you and your child. Following is a brief
description of the children’s ministry experience you can expect during the
service times: Nursing babies
Mothers and their
newborns may have privacy and listen to the service in our Nursing Mother’s
Room. Babies and Toddlers
Relax and enjoy the adult
service, knowing your baby is receiving quality, loving care from our trained
volunteer staff. Follow the signs to the appropriate rooms and register your child
prior to the services. You can be comfortable knowing that if your child does
need you during the service, you will be notified by pager.
3 through 5 Years
Each week, your child will enjoy singing, playing with toys, making new friends,
learning Bible stories and creating a simple craft to take home. All our teachers
love children and are trained to provide the best possible learning experience
for your child. Follow the signs to the appropriate rooms and register your child
prior to the service.
1st through 5th
Grade
We have an exciting weekly program that includes games, worship
songs, Bible stories, and a variety of teaching methods ranging from puppetry,
to dance, to drama presentations. In addition, children will make new friends
and learn about character development based on the Bible. At each service, children join parents in the sanctuary until they are dismissed
to our Kids Church classrooms. |
